What's New

NAPS is growing!  Now everyone knows that North-Eastern Alabama Paranormal Society has been available to people in need of assistance with paranormal activity for nine years now here in North Alabama.  NAPS now has expanded its coverage area to encase the entire State of Alabama. 

This is so exciting!  NAPS: Southern Division, headed up by James Burroughs and Russ Cantrell is available to clients in Southern Alabama.  James and Russ bring a lot of knowledge to the table for our group and for our clients!  You can visit them by going to www.napssouth.net   You can also email them from the site if are in need of assistance. 

And last but far from least is our new NAPS: Central Division, headed up by Barry Singleton of Birmingham, Alabama!  Central should have contact info and a website up within the next week or so.  NAPS Central will cover the middle of the State. 

I am so honored to have on board such a well rounded group of investigators to help so many.  Please do not hesitate whether you are an individual, small business or large company if you believe you have paranormal activity and have wanted just that little bit of proof.  Our staff will work hard to figure out the "truth" of what's going on with your place.

NAPS is proud to announce a series of Paranormal Events being held at The Haunted Backyard in Guntersville, Alabama.  We call these "retreats" a paranormal learning event.  We try to give you as much knowledge as we can in a short weekend.  The next retreat is scheduled to be the 2nd weekend in November.  Accommodations can be found in Guntersville or at the Lake Guntersville State Park Lodge.  Request more info by simply emailing Deborah at nealparasociety@aol.com.  In the subject line please type in "RETREAT".  The Saturday workshops and hands on investigation on Saturday night of the Haunted Backyard is $45.00 per person. 

Workshop seating is limited.   The workshops will be based on parapsychology using both psychic abilities and scientific approaches to ghost hunting.   If you wish to be tutored separately you will need to contact Deborah.  Just remember you can't learn it all in one workshop, it takes many!   Scheduling will be shared on a more personal level with the people participating. These workshops will not only teach you how to become a paranormal investigator but also assist you in finding out what psychic abilities you have and how to enrich them.

Deborah has completed her third book in the series of "Haunted Southern Nights®".  Book Three encompasses Mentone and surrounding areas.  The remaining seven books in the series will delve much deeper into the history of each location. 

Deborah Collard will be releasing a new book before the holidays!  The book effort  to enlighten our readers on the use of a psychic during a paranormal investigation.  Much more will be released soon!!

NAPS Founder Deborah along with two other NAPS members are now a part of a great organization known as MUFON, The Mutual UFO Network.  We will begin at the beginning!  We are awaiting our books to arrive to begin our 'field investigator' training followed by testing.  We are excited about adding this avenue of the paranormal and will enjoy adding it to our ghost hunting!
